From my hands-on leadership experience in navigating complex organizations, I've discovered that sustainable change is found at the system level. Our habits and our processes create systems knowingly and unknowingly that create our unique human experience. Organizational systems are changed by teams of leaders deciding to be more mindful in their approach.
This understanding has been hard-earned—I've stumbled, grappled with setbacks, and persevered, refining my approach with every step. Today, I embrace these challenges as valuable components of the unique human experience, deeply ingrained in my coaching philosophy. Coaching has helped me integrate my life experience and growth into actionable behavioral change in the workplace. This is what I love helping my clients do.
Recently, I further developed my expertise at the New York University, Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational consulting delving deeper into the intricate world of behavioral science focusing on the organization and research. What I uncovered in academic research, I apply directly to my practice, equipping my clients with strategies that are not only future forward and built for the modern workplace but are research informed.
As a thought leader, I view the modern workplace with a comprehensive lens, seeing beyond the corporate facade resulting in a focus on the entire eco-system of the organization and it's people.
Fueled by a relentless passion for humanizing workplaces, I continually challenge and dismantle inequitable corporate cultural norms through facilitation, research, consultation, etc. The goal? To foster a sense of well-being and belonging among employees, resulting in organizations and leaders who balance profit and people.
